My monkey boy

Posted on | February 3, 2006 | 10 Comments

Since he has started walking he has become a BIG KID over night. One who can eat a banana all by himself. If it weren’t for the fact that he’s started waking me up in the morning by stroking my cheeks and hair, an cooing loving little songs in my ear, I think my heart might not be able manage his independence.

FYI my mom is OBSESSED with Bean. I really think she now wonders why she didn’t marry a blonde man so she could have had children as scrumptious as yours!

What a sweet way to wake up…I’m rather jealous as my wake up call is the obnoxious weather man blasting out of my radio.

Yeah, you’re in for it now, sista. Before you know it, he’ll be yelling, “MYSELF” just like Lily.

I haven’t been here in a while, and I’m sorry for that…business has been wonderfully busy.

    Congratulations on winning BoB’s!

Thanks for filling my heart and head with goodness – your blog is always amazing and beautiful.

Oh and the Bean, walking? Good luck. :)

As long as he’s not mashing banana into everything around him… :D

Isn’t it incredible to be awakened by your sweet baby in the morning? My girl has started rubbing my back to wake me up in the morning and I always think how incredibly blessed I am.

I am rather in love with the Bean, I’m afraid. And you’ll have to start singing, ‘B-A-N-A-N-A-S!’ to him, in your best Gwen Stefani voice!

And is it just me or is his hair becoming a little more red?

Oh man… I will cry when our little dude starts trying to claim his independence. He’s already growing too fast.

Bean is adorable, but then I don’t have to tell you that.
