I have been meaning to write to you about an awesome audio-guided workout program that I use. I absolutely love these programs. They are interval training workouts and I don't know how it fits in your marathon training schedule. I use it just for fun, just love, love, love them. And, Bean darling, you are cursed/blessed with beautiful eyelashes! My brother has a set just like yours, and boys love to point out how feminine it is (hence the curse), but every girl he has met has been perfectly entranced (the blessing you have to look forward to!).
