Thanks for sharing the posts and links. I'll check them out in a while. I'm coming to love September. When I was younger, I really couldn't stand it. There was nothing interesting about it except for school. Now I'm in love with all of the opportunities that come with September.

I think I already wrote this but I love the new layout of your blog. Easier to read as well as being beautiful. I love September too and all of fall. It's my favorite season--leaves falling, days slightly cooler with colder days ahead.

And happy six months to the little one! Beautiful pictures below.

I have been busy rereading the Harry Potter series. I haven't read the last book, and I am sad that it will end, so I started over. So, I did some laundry, did some dishes, fed my kids, and read, read, read.

My thoughts have been in that "planning" stage. The basement needs to be cleaned and organized. School will be starting next week, and the start of September puts me in an organizing mode. I can't wait to have a nice clean, organized house. Now, I just need to START.

How do you feel about Bean starting school away from home? He's my older son's age, or about? 4 in October? We (Daddy & I) decided that he's not ready yet. BTW--how many cords of wood? :) I remember way back when my husband's older sons (now 27 & 28) had moved out & we had to cut, split & stack on our own for the first time! We used to do 7. I felt mighty accomplished--I did all the stacking. Turns out I didn't do it quite square--a few rows ended up falling into a heap... Now we live in Florida. Love being close to my parents, love the gulf, miss Autumn, miss a new snowfall, miss the smell of a wood stove.
