I LOVE your red poem :) The images are wonderful.

Here is my poem for today: Sunrise

    In the chilly air
    Of October
    Darkness surrounds
    The rising time
    Slowly Twilight
    Seeps into the Morning
    Giving the trees
    A grayish tinge
    The next look out
    The window
Is a feast for the eyes:
    Light blue background
    With vibrant pink
    And florescent orange
    The wispy clouds
    Take on the colorful
    Robes of Sunrise
    And the day
    Cracks open
    Full of promise
    And possibility
    The blooming sky
    Providing
    A beautiful beginning
    To a new born day.

    My interpretation:

    The day fell misty,
    the last blooms of summer
    fading into fall.
But I have a cozy home
    and a baby to love.
