Today was a walk in the chilly sunshine, a fat magpie at the top of a tree bobbing its tail up and down, joking with my son, being silly with my daughter, calling to comfort my friend, and now it’s a clear black sky with diamond-sparkle stars.

Today was making peace between workmates, cooking a proper meal for me and my man, rewarding my exercise efforts with wine and relaxation. Feeling happy with my lot and not too stressed about the many things that must be done.

today has been spending the entire day outside – the first warm day of spring. Feeling the grass under our toes; the sun warm on our arms. Playing in the garden, drinking cool drinks, doing our indoor things outside. Hanging a line full of washing and having it dry before the end of the day. Listening the the sound of birds flying past, children playing, laughing and running. Love, love, loving the sunny weather.
April 11th, 2010 @ 8:57 am
Today is soaking up time with my son before he returns to college, dropping off the dog to be groomed, sipping coffee, family time.

today, at this moment, is savoring my cup of coffee, listening to my husbands snoaring as he fell back asleep on the couch, pondering if we head to the mountains to play in the snow or search some sandy windy beach…well wishes and brightest blessings~

On Wednesday last week I was lounging by the pool, engrossed in a book while my three hooligans splashed and played in the water. Glorious!
